Week of April 11, 2016
Math--Periods 1 and 2--There will be no homework this week.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--There will be no homework this week.
Homeroom Reminders--Students will be taking Writing and Reading PSSAs this week.  On Tuesday, students will test in the morning.  On Wednesday, students will test in the morning and the afternoon.  On Thursday, students will test in the morning.  In between testing sessions, students will have recess and Math classes.  Go to bed early and eat a good breakfast.  Take your time with your tests and do your best.  Last Friday, information on our field trip was sent home.  Please review it.  If you are interested in serving as a chaperone, please contact your child's homeroom teacher by this Friday.  Please be advised that your clearances need to be on file with the school.  You also need 3 PTO credits.  Thank you, PTO, for sponsoring our trip!  Our special schedule this week will be as follows:
Tuesday--Day 1--Music 
Wednesday--Day 2--Art
Thursday--Day 3--Computer
Friday--Day 4--Study Island

Let's 212 the PSSAs!
On Friday, Spartan communication folders were sent home.  Among the papers, you will find a permission slip and cafeteria bagged lunch order form for our Philadelphia Zoo field trip.  Please sign and return the permission slip ASAP.  You may bring a bagged lunch for our field trip or order one from our cafeteria.  Please return the lunch form indicating your choice.  Thank you.  Next week we will continue PSSAs.  On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, students will take the Math PSSAs.  Many of our students worked very hard this week!  Way to go!  When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 5--Phys. Ed.
