Science--Periods 3 and 4--We took our Investigation 3 test on Wednesday. Some students did not finish it. We will do a review on Monday, January 3 and finish it on Tuesday, January 4. Also any students who did not hand in the scavenger hunt or poster project must hand them in by Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Extra credit on notebook page 36 may be handed in any day during our first week back at school.
Homeroom Reminders--Communication envelopes will be sent home on Thursday. When we return to school after the holiday, it will be Day 2--Music.

Since most fifth graders are in chorus, we will not have regular classes on Thursday. Students not in chorus are permitted to bring a board game to school. The Elementary Band and Chorus concert is on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the high school. We will have regular classes on Friday after the Elementary Band/Chorus concert. On Friday we will have a VO test on prefixes, suffixes, root words, and words 1 to 21. Students should be reviewing VO for 10 minutes every night.
