Math--Periods 1 and 2--Complete workbook page P 10-5 numbers 1 to 10.  Do your work in your notebook.  Refer to our examples from yesterday as well as the problems we completed today to help you.  Remember there are several kinds of problems on this page.  Some have common denominators, some require borrowing and regrouping, and others do not.  Take your time.  You can do it!
 Science--Periods 3 and 4--Today in class we started our unit on body systems.  We did several fun activities to see how parts of our bodies can't work without one another.  We did activities involving balance, finger movement, and vision.  There is no homework.
Homeroom Reminders--Communication folders were sent home today.  Among the items, you will find information on our upcoming PSSA tests.  If you are participating in the I'm a Reader! challenge, return your paper next week.  Several students brought in donations for our Sweet Tooth basket for the PTO basket bingo.  Thank you!  If you haven't brought in your candy donation, please bring something in for our basket.  When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 1--Music class.
