Math--Period 1--Complete page 15 numbers 10 to 26 in your notebook. We will have a quiz on Friday on sections 1.2 and 1.3. You will need to be able to read and write decimals in word and standard form to the thousandths place, write a decimal as a fraction or mixed number, and convert a fraction to a decimal by dividing the numerator by the denominator.
Math--Period 2--Complete pages 16 and 17 in your notebook. Complete all problems on both pages. We will have a quiz on Friday on sections 1.2 and 1.3. Science--Period 3--We continued our stream table lab in class today. We observed erosion and pointed out many landforms created in our stream table models. Your map project is due tomorrow. Many students have already handed in their projects! Way to go!
Science--Period 4--In class today we went over our mountain and desert maps and compared them to the relief (bumpy) map of the United States. We will continue working with maps tomorrow in class. There is no written homework.
Homeroom Reminders-- Tomorrow is Day 2--Library.
