Math--Periods 1 and 2--Today students took a pretest to allow the teachers to determine weak and strong areas.  Many students showed great perseverance as they completed this assessment!  Congratulations!  We also started to review addition and subtraction facts.  You can use sites under my math links to practice your facts.  Have your textbook covered by next Tuesday.  There is no written homework.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Today's topic was lab safety.  Students role played various science lab safety rules and discussed the consequences of not following lab safety rules.  Tomorrow we will complete a lab safety poster in class.  There is no written homework.
Homeroom Reminders--Tickets for this week's football game can be preordered here at school.  The cost is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students and senior citizens.  Orders must be placed by Friday at 9:00 a.m.  Tomorrow is Day 4--Computer class.
