Friday, March 11--There is no homework this weekend for both of my math classes. Students have been working hard in math to prepare for next week's PSSA tests. Science projects for students in both of my science classes were due today. If you did not hand in your project, it must be handed in by next Friday. We will be presenting projects next Friday. Parents, thank you for your support with this project.
Homeroom Reminders--Communication envelopes were sent home today. We took a quiz today on VO root words. Continue to review your VO every night. When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 2--Music. There will be Envirothon next Thursday until 5:00.

Week of March 14, 2011
Monday--We will be reviewing for our PSSA math tests in class today. We will have math in the morning and in the afternoon.
Tuesday--We will take a PSSA math test in the morning and a PSSA reading test in the afternoon.
Wednesday to Monday (March 21)--Our testing schedule has been adjusted so that students will be taking only one PSSA test per day. Testing in grade 5 will be from 9:00 to 11:50. On these testing days, students will have their specials, Science, and Social Studies classes.
THERE WILL BE NO WRITTEN MATH OR SCIENCE HOMEWORK IN MR. WOLFE'S CLASSES DURING PSSA TESTING.
Homeroom Reminders--Yearbook orders are being taken at this time. Also students who participated in the I'm a Reader activity for Newspapers In Education Week need to hand in their papers by Wednesday.
