Math--Periods 1 and 2--If you received paperwork from Mr. Hall, return it to school ASAP. Complete your "Digit Values" worksheet.  This is the last page of our decimal packet.  Follow the examples we did in class.  We will have a quiz on Friday on problems we completed from textbook pages 8 to 13.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Today in class we continued our study guide and discussed how scientists use surveys and sampling. There is no homework.
Homeroom Reminders--On Friday afternoon, we will have our September homework reward mixer.  Students in fifth grade may bring a drink, snack, and board game to school on Friday if they have a perfect homework record (no missed or incomplete assignments) or one missed or incomplete homework assignment.  Tomorrow is Opposite Day for Spirit Week and Day 3--Computer class.
There were a lot of tired fifth graders this morning!  Get to bed early tonight.
Tomorrow is October 1!  Our year is going fast!

Science--Periods 3 and 4--There is no homework.  Today students presented their deep sea creatures.  Many of you did a great job using loud and clear voices!  You also shared some pretty interesting facts!
Homeroom Reminders--Spartan communication folders need to be returned tomorrow.  Tomorrow is Decades Day for Spirit Week and Day 1--Music class.

Homeroom Reminders--Spartan communication folders were sent home today.  There is information on "Homecoming Week 2015!"
