Homeroom Reminders---Tomorrow is our October homework mixer and our Halloween party! Students who had no missed homework assignments during the month of October may bring in a snack, drink, and board game for our mixer. Our Halloween party will take place in the afternoon. Students may bring in costumes for our party. Tomorrow is also Day 5--Music.

Math--Period 2--Correct the following worksheets: P 2-2, Q 2-2, and R 2-2. Use the Place Value and Rounding Guide paper to help you.
Science--Period 3--Today in class we finished our quizzes. Students also received their graded landform projects back. Many of them were very well done! Congratulations!
Science--Period 4--Today in class we continued our study guide. Study notebook page 14 and the sections of the Investigation 2 study guide that are completed.

Science--Period 3--We started our quiz in class today, and we will finish it on Monday. Review notebook page 14 and your Investigation 2 study guide over the weekend.
Science--Period 4--Today in class we drew and labeled a diagram of our stream-table with a slope. We compared our results to a stream-table without a slope. There is no written homework.

Math--Period 2--Complete worksheets R 2-2 and P 2-2. We are not doing worksheets R 2-1 and P 2-1 at this time.
Science--Period 3--Study for tomorrow's quiz. Study notebook page 14 and the Investigation 2 study guide. Your finished, colored, and outstanding landform project is due tomorrow. Remember to use the directions sheet as a check list to be sure that you earn all of the points.
Science--Period 4--Today in class we carried out another stream-table lab. This time our stream-table had a slope, and we compared the results to our stream-tables without a slope. All 6 lab groups did a great job! You should be studying notebook page 14 and the parts of the study guide that are completed. If you are doing your mountains and waterways map project again, it must be handed in by the end of the day tomorrow. There is no written homework.
