Math--Period 1--Complete textbook pages 241 and 242 problems 5 to 13. Show all of your work in your notebook.
Math--Period 2--Finish your simplifying fractions worksheet that you started last night. You wrote HW 3/13 at the top of it. Study your rules of divisibility and the steps to follow when simplifying fractions.
Math--Period 3--Complete your individual fraction assignment. Show all of your work.
Homeroom Reminders--Read-at-Home Challenge papers are due on Thursday. Donations of wrapped candy are being accepted for our Sweet Tooth Basket until April 5. Tomorrow will be Day 9--Phys. Ed. class.

Math--Period 1--Review Lesson 9-4 on estimating sums and differences with fractions. Finish textbook page 239. Complete problems 1 to 3 on worksheets Q 9-7 and Q 9-8. Show all of your work.
Math--Period 2--Complete up to the pencil line on the simplifying fractions paper. This paper has 3/12 written at the top.
Math--Period 3--Complete your individual fraction assignment. Show all of your work.
Homeroom Reminders--Read-at-Home Challenge papers are due on Thursday. Donations of wrapped candy are being accepted for our Sweet Tooth Basket until April 5. Thank you to District Attorney O'Pake and District Justice Hale for spending time with fifth and sixth grade to discuss cyberbullying and online safety. Tomorrow will be Day 8--Music class.

Homeroom Reminders--Spartan communication folders were sent home today. Among the papers, you will find information about the basket auction sponsored by our PTO. Our homeroom will be contributing a Sweet Tooth basket. You may bring in donations of wrapped candy before April 6. Thank you in advance for your support of this project! Due to today's two hour delay, Spring pictures will be rescheduled at a later date. The make-up date has not been announced yet. "I'm a Reader" challenge papers are due by next Thursday. When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 7--Art class.

Math--Period 3--Complete textbook page 229 (19 to 23) and workbook R and P 9-4. Most students are finished all of this. Complete the reducing fractions worksheet. Remember to follow the steps written in your notebook if you need help.
Homeroom Reminders--Tomorrow is a $1.00 Dress Down Day to benefit our PBIS program. You may wear jeans or sweatpants with a Spartan shirt. Tomorrow will be Day 3--Music class.
Hopefully we will not get snow tomorrow!
