Math--Period 1--Be able to write divisibility rules. Most students are fine with the rules for 2, 5, and 10. Many do not know the rules for 2, 3, and 6. If you did not have a 100% on your last timed multiplication drill, write your six times tables three times each. Continue to practice your multiplication facts. Complete the following problems from Lesson 29--1 to 5, 11 to 15, and 16 to 21.
Math--Period 2--Make corrections to Lesson 23 and the Power Up on page 145. Complete the following problems from Lesson 24--1 to 5, 10 to 21. If you did not have a 100% on your last timed multiplication drill, write your six times tables three times each. Continue to practice your multiplication facts.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Think about, discuss at home, Google it...What makes something alive? We are starting a mini unit on the characteristics of living things and animal and plant cells. We finished our test today on atoms and models. If you were absent, you will finish yours when you return.
Homeroom Reminders--There will be a VO quiz on Friday. Study! Our BIG quarter 2 test will be next Wednesday.

Math--Period 1--Study your divisibility rules and be able to write them. Correct and finish Lesson 28. Complete your factor worksheet from 76 to 100. Continue to study your multiplication facts. If you did not have a 100% on yesterday's multiplication quiz, write your 5 times tables 3 times each.
Math--Period 2--Finish Lesson 23. Continue to study your multiplication facts. If you did not have a 100% on yesterday's multiplication quiz, write your 5 times tables 3 times each.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--We started our Science quiz today, and we will finish it tomorrow. Study again tonight.
Homeroom Reminders--Tomorrow is Day 1--Phys. Ed. We will have a VO quiz this Friday on words 40 to 65, prefixes, suffixes, and root words. Our end of the quarter VO test will be next Wednesday. Continue to study.

Math--Period 1--Lesson 28--Correct the problems that you have already completed. Do numbers 12, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, and 30 tonight. Continue to study your multiplication facts. Complete the factor worksheet up to number 75.
Math--Period 2--Complete the Power-Up on page 145. Continue to study your multiplication facts.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--We will take our test tomorrow. Study your packet and the circled items on the Everyday Mysteries worksheet. Students were given information for Envirothon. If you are interested in participating, return your paper by Friday.
Homeroom Reminders--Tomorrow is Day 5--Library. Continue to study your VO every night.

Math--Period 2--Correct Lesson 22. Study your multiplication flashcards.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Study your stapled packet and the circled items in Everyday Mysteries for Tuesday's test. You did a good job making your atom models today!
Homeroom Reminders--Communication envelopes were sent home today. Continue to study your VO. When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 4--Art.

Math--Period 2--Complete problems A to K on page 142 in your notebook. Complete Lesson 22 numbers 1 to 22. Continue to study your math facts and rules for divisibility.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Study your Models and Designs papers for our test on Friday. There is a chance that this test may be moved to next Tuesday if our lab activity tomorrow takes longer than expected. Read pp. 5 to 10 of your Models and Designs book and complete 10 to 19 of your worksheet.
Homeroom Reminders--Tomorrow is our VO test on words 22 to 50, prefixes, suffixes, and root words. STUDY!
