Math--Periods 1 and 2--We did not have class today due to our Fall Festival activities.  Remember to get your test signed and complete worksheet Day 8.  This was yesterday's homework assignment.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--We did not have Science class today due to our Fall Festival activities.  There is no homework. 
Homeroom Reminders--Spartan communication folders were sent home today.  Among the items, you will find a conference confirmation paper.  Please sign and return the bottom portion of the paper to school.  Thank you to the Fall Festival committee, parent volunteers, PTO and Bloomsburg University students for making today so memorable for our kids!  Our October homework mixer will take place at the end of the day on Monday.  Students may bring in a snack, drink, and game!  When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 3--Computer class.

Math--Periods 1 and 2--Get your test signed.  Complete your Day 8 mixed review worksheet.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--There is no homework.  In class today we continued practicing how to find the mean, median, mode, and range.
Homeroom Reminders--Tomorrow is our Fall Festival.  Students may bring their costumes to school.  You may also dress in red and blue to show your Spartan Spirit.  Jeans are permitted.  Tomorrow will not be a special rotation day due to Fall Festival activities.

Math--Periods 1 and 2--Complete number 12 on your Day 6 worksheet.  Continue your subtraction problems on the lined paper we used in class today.  Complete worksheet Day 7.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Complete page 3 of your mean, median, mode, and range packet.  Show your work, and you may use a calculator for computing the mean.  Remember to follow the examples from class today.
Homeroom Reminders--Remember to return your conference request paper and Ms. Kraft's paper ASAP. Tomorrow will be Day 2--Art class and Staying Drug Free is No Sweat Day.  You may wear sweat pants (without writing on them) or pink for cancer awareness month.

Math--Periods 1 and 2--Complete daily review worksheets Day 5 and Day 6.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--As part of learning how scientists analyze data, we are learning how to compute mean, median, mode, and range.  Tonight finish the second page of your packet.  We labeled the page 10/27 HW.  You do not need to compute the mean.  We will learn this tomorrow in class.  Follow the examples we did in class today.
Homeroom Reminders--Remember to return your conference request papers and Ms. Kraft's papers ASAP. Tomorrow will be Day 1--Music class and Crazy Hair Day as part of Red Ribbon Week.

Math--Period 1--There is no homework.  We started our test today, and we will finish it on Monday.  Practicing problems will help you to do better on your test!
Math--Period 2--There is no homework. We finished our test today.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--There is no homework.  In place of Science class today, we had a Red Ribbon presentation on making good choices related to drugs and alcohol.  Thank you, Mrs. Rowland, for the useful information!
Homeroom Reminders--Communication envelopes were sent home today.  Among the items, you will find information from Ms. Kraft, conference information, and Red Ribbon Week information. When we return to school on Monday, it will be Day 9--Library class.

Math--Period 1--Complete workbook pages R and P 1-6.  We will have our chapter test tomorrow.
Math--Period 2--There is no homework.  We started our chapter test today, and we will finish it tomorrow.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--Today in class we carried out our lab comparing the how paper and styrofoam cups keep water hot.  Students did several temperature readings and completed their data charts.  In our next class, we will analyze our class data and introduce our graphing activity related to this lab. 
Homeroom Reminder--Tomorrow is Day 8--Computer class.

Math--Period 1--Complete textbook pages 24 and 25.  Complete your work on the paper you received in class today.  This is a graded assignment.  We will have our chapter test on Friday.
Math--Period 2--Complete workbook pages R and P 1-6.  We will have our chapter test tomorrow.  Practice the various types of problems in the first chapter.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--We did not have Science class today due to vision screenings.  During this time, our homeroom reviewed place value concepts as we played Place Value Bingo! 
Homeroom Reminders--The Book Fair will continue for the rest of the week. Students may shop during homeroom and recess time.  Tomorrow is Day 7--Art class.
