Homeroom Reminders--Today we started PSSA Writing tests. They will continue tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday. Students are permitted to wear their Phys. Ed. uniforms during testing. Continue to study your VO daily for 10 minutes. There will be no Envirothon meeting after school this week. We will meet on Thursday during recess to go over information related to Friday's field trip to Locust Lake. Yearbook order forms were distributed this morning. Orders are due by next Friday. Students were given a paper to finish for Phys. Ed. class. Mrs. Smith will be collecting this paper on Wednesday. Tomorrow is Day 2--Music.

Our special times have been switched to the afternoon so we will have specials every day during testing. On Monday, it will be Day 1--Phys. Ed. Continue to study your VO every night. Communication envelopes were sent home today. Congratulations are extended to our Envirothon teams on their EXCELLENT job at the competition today! Our students earned first and third place ribbons! Congratulations! You all worked very hard!

Welcome Back!
Math--Period 1--Complete worksheet number 188-189 problems 2 to 10. Show all of your work on lined paper. Write your answers in simplest form.
Math--Period 2--Finish worksheet number 116B up to number 73. Correct Lesson 43.
Science--Periods 3 and 4--No homework. Today we continued our work with our first lab on chemical reactions.
Homeroom Reminders--Students in my homeroom should be reviewing their VO every night. Tomorrow is Day 5--Library Class. Tomorrow is also our Envirothon competition. Students must be at the gym entrance to the high school no later than 7:35 a.m. Remember to dress for the weather and to bring a bagged lunch.

Envirothon News--Our students who will be competing in the Envirothon on Friday, April 13 may stay after school on Thursday, April 12 until 5:00. Permission slips have been sent home for the Envirothon on April 13. Please return them to school after break. Team members don't forget to do some studying over break. Check out the links that we went over yesterday. See my homework helpline from Monday for the specific links. It has been great working with such enthusiastic students!
Homeroom Reminders--There is a menu change for Thursday, April 12. Regular will be chicken sticks, and the alternate choices will be a hot dog or a chicken wrap. When we return to school after break, it will be Day 4--Art.
